After a poor run of 1 win in 11 games and automatic promotion in danger, wolves finally beat C.Palace away last night 1-0 to go 5 points ahead of 2nd place Reading...hopefully this is the starting point for wolves to go all the way to the EPL becoz they need a club like wolves to be up there...
Wolves are one of the biggest name in English football during bthe 50's,60's,70's and early 80's b4 they suddenly gone with the wind...those who were born in the late fifties remember famous wolves players such as Derek Dougan,John Richards,Dave Wagstaffe,Mike Bailey,Munro,McCalioug,Parkes etc.etc...hopefully this GOLD team will be up there with the best next season.

ok kzmoks(what a strange name) ha!ha!..no hard feeling...you want to know about wolves ok I will tell you a story...I started to support spurs in 1968 at the age of 11 n wolves in 1970 at the age of 13...support them becoz they played entertaining attacking football.
Wolverhampton Wanderers (wolves) was 3rd in the old 1st division in 1971,played spurs in the UEFA cup final in 1972 which spurs won but wolves were the better team, won the league cup in 1974 beating man.city and were one of the best english club until the early 80's went they were dropped to the old 2nd division and it not only shocked me but most football fans and poor wolves didn't recover...they went up twice but after a season went back down.
In the late 80's they went all the way down to the old 4th division but went straight back to the old 2nd division and there was one player name Steve Bull an old fashion striker who was thier top scorer and he was selected for the England team in 1990 and went on to play in the famous Gaza 1990 world cup team, the only player outside the top division and he played 2 games as sub....hope fully wolves will succeed in qualifying to the premier league.

Wolve is consider as a giant team and their appearance in epl will add more spark in the league. unfortunately leeds is in what division that I don't know. woodgate n keane is a former league player. I am a leeds supporter since I was 6 ( back at that time, I don't know anything about football but my aunt bought me an original leeds jersey ;D)

wolves is there but not quite...a little bit more push and this former english giant will be back at the top next season...what a season for yourstruly if wolves qualify automatically to epl and spurs make it through to the uefa cup next season....wow!what a joy to see this happen.
